Cara has been practicing body work for 3+years. Her training and education include over 500 hours of training in Esalen Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage,
Sacral Cranial Massage, Orthopedic
and Joint Mobilization.
As a practitioner of bodywork, she will provide you with the following kinds of services. Normally she practices an eclectic style of massage/bodywork, which means that she combines a variety of modalities of bodywork depending on each individual client. Her studies will continue in 2006 with Cranial Sacral work, Lomi Lomi and Orthopedic to name a few.
Cara studied and trained at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and some other colleges.
She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and the Esalen Institute.

In order to use her services California state law requires that you acknowledge receipt of the information form provided and that you sign it. You will receive a copy. The original will be in her records for at least three years.
Chair massage is a service provided on site that is convenient for employees. It is a great way to reduce stress and increase productivity.
